Chiropractic Care

Health depends of a properly working nervous system, which is controlled by your spine. A spine which is properly cared for, along with a healthy lifestyle, leads to a happier you.

What is Chiropractic?

Chiropractic is all about finding and correcting interference's to the body's own natural state of good health. Chiropractic care treats causes, rather than symptoms of health problems such as stress, headaches, whiplash, low back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome and scoliosis to name a few. All ages can enjoy healthier living through chiropractic care, a hands-on, drug FREE healthcare.

What is an adjustment?

Although our spinal cord is protected by the vertebrae, even a small disturbance to the spine can impact delicate nerve tissues and cause many common health problems. An adjustment is a term used to describe manipulative techniques used to restore the normal position and motion to the spine.

The doctor of the future will give no medicine but will interest his patients in the care of the human frame, in diet and in cause and prevention of disease
— Thomas Edison

What are some preventative measures I can take?

  • Get involved

Your health is your most important possession. Get involved in your care program and follow your doctor's recommendations.

  • Keep your appointments

The way to achieve the results millions of chiropractic patients have enjoyed is to keep your appointments.

  • Strengthen your spine

We may suggest specific exercises to help speed your recovery. These can help retain muscles that support your spine.

  • Lift with your legs & avoid extreme bending

Improper lifting can invite a relapse. Keep your back straight and the load close to your body as you lift with your legs. Use caution when bending or working overhead. Avoid sudden twists and turns.

  • Get adequate rest

Proper rest is an important aspect of the healing process. Use a mattress that offers firm support and avoid sleeping on your stomach.

  • Watch your diet

During the healing process proper nutrition is more important than ever.
