In the State of Texas a DOT physical exam is required every 24 months. It is a general health evaluation required in order to operate a commercial vehicle.

Our offices are fully licensed to perform breath alcohol tests. A breath alcohol test is an estimate of your blood alcohol concentration (BAC).
